Requirements:

Our Loan Advisors work individually and within a team to initiate and develop potential mortgage business. Our LAs contact customers who have applied for a mortgage, collect and analyze borrowers financial information, determine which financial products meet the customers needs, and then create mortgage solutions tailored specifically to meet each borrowers need.
Qualifications and Skills
Highly motivated and energetic
Comfortable in a high energy, team oriented environment
Ability to offer counseling, advice, and provide top-rate customer service to borrowers
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills required
Previous experience building relationships is desired
Some college preferred
