CASH MANAGER SR
Manages the resources necessary to determine and settle the daily and short term liquidity position of the company and multiple subsidiaries.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
* Administers the daily cash settlement functions, including obtaining daily bank balances, understanding and categorizing receipts and disbursements, identifying cash excess or shortage, completing cash movements and resolving outstanding issues.
* Prepares daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly cash and liquidity forecast projections.
* Conducts complex financial and risk analysis.
* Conducts the daily activity for issuing and redeeming commercial paper; monitors the program, administers dealer relationships, and maintains reporting and compliance.
* Researches market conditions to ensure the corporation pays fair prices for short term securities.
* Conducts Cash Management Training.
* Recommends negotiation points with banks and other treasury vendors for services and pricing.
* Manages the daily and monthly cash transaction reporting, forecasting and budgeting activities.
* Manages the corporation's bank pricing and analysis and continually seeks ways to reduce bank fees.
Requirements:Requires a BS/BA in Finance or related field; 3-5 years of treasury management, short term investing, and commercial paper issuance experience; Corporate cash forecasting experience; Banking or Treasury background; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Understanding of Continuous Improvement programs highly desired.
Certified Treasury Professional preferred
