The Client Engagement Specialist, Comprehensive Solutions, as part of the Sales Operations Team at BioStorage Technologies (BST) will work closely alongside the Sales and Comprehensive Solutions teams, and will assist in all support areas of sales. The successful applicant must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely and effective manner and have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to assist internal and external personnel with inquiries, schedule meetings and appointments, as well as, provide creative assistance with marketing and sales materials. Responsibilities
Essential Functions * Working with multiple sales teams and business units in the formulation of innovative and successful bid strategies. * Generate price quotations for various business units and product lines * Preparation and presentation of financials for approval by all levels of executive management. * Work closely with assigned sales teams for the coordination of the commercial aspects of sales, finance, contracts and product specialists to ensure that the corporate objectives are met and that the business controls are adhered to. * Assist in discovery and pre-screening of potential comprehensive opportunities to assess the fit for Comprehensive Solutions vs. traditional opportunity * Maintain ownership of all documentation and reporting utilized throughout the sales cycle and deployment of Comprehensive Solutions, including work flow analysis, space optimization diagrams, results documentation, project management records, charting, SOP’s, legal documents, proposals, KPI reports, presentations, and economic models * Contribute in the preparation and implementation of proposals in strategic pursuits * Work directly with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and write compelling narratives pertaining to their field of expertise which will be used as content in winning proposals * Provide sales support including creating and monitoring tactical action plans and maintaining communication with team members. * Develop the proposal schedule and coordinate writing assignments * Gather data from all members of the proposal team and assemble it into a master proposal * Review all proposal sections for compliance and grammatical & spelling accuracy * Facilitate proposal reviews, dissemination of review comments to section writers, and incorporation of updates into proposal. * Coordinate proposal status tracking, production, and delivery. Requirements
Required
· 4-year BA or BS degree from an accredited institution · Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook * Strong communications skills. * Must be a self-starter with a proven track record of developing successful commercial proposals and innovative/winning bid strategies * Ability to multi-task in a fast paced dynamic environment. * Ability to manage cross-functional teams to a consensus. * Must have the ability to work with multiple groups and organizations to obtain information in order to provide accurate and timely commercial responses. * Candidate will be responsible for producing documents for submission to customers/potential customers; therefore, meticulous attention to detail and professional appearance of work is essential. * Must demonstrate critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills. * Must possess strong editing and writing skills and the ability to interpret technical information and adapt it to a variety audience with a client- benefit focus. * Must possess strong organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines. * Must possess ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while meeting quality standards and on-time delivery * Minimum Work Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of proposal/contract administration experience or equivalent. Functional work experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical/biotech company may be substituted for proposal / contract administration experience

* Marketing, Business, Finance or Communication Degree * 1-3 years customer service/sales experience * Experience working in multi-cultural and/or and global environments * Experience using a CRM program e.g. ACT, Goldmine, * Scientific and/or business background with a concentration in pharmaceutical / biotechnology industry preferred.
