THIS POSITION WILL BE LOCATED AT OUR CONCIERGE SHOP IN INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA
SUMMARY: Achieve superior customer service and claim handling at the most reasonable cost/efficiency by completing essential tasks including customer contact, investigation, evaluation, and disposition. Satisfy customer needs; and ensure file quality.
PRIMARY DUTIES: Provide 24-hour voice to voice contact on assigned claims. Handle auto physical damage and/or property claims. Accurately input loss information into a claim multi-line system via a personal computer. Recognize fraud, subrogation, and salvage opportunities and refer to appropriate expert. Consistently provide high-level customer service. Continually acquire, develop and refine your skills as a claim professional.
EDUCATION/COURSE OF STUDY: College degree or equivalent work experience
CERTIFICATES/DEGREES: License may be required dependent upon state regulations
COMPUTER SKILLS: Keyboard skills and proficient in Word
OTHER: Strong customer service focus and skills
Must be able to demonstrate strong proficiency in organization
