Title: Customer Service Representative Location: IN-Indianapolis The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a direct source - line of sight and support to assigned Agencies (customers) for the PBMS-State of Indiana contract. This job is critical to the overall successful achievement of our SLA's and goals in Customer Satisfaction as well as expanding our billable revenue throughserving as a liaison / consultant for client relationship management, internal production scheduling, vended print, project management, and CCM integrated solutions.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

* Confers with customers and sales throughout production to keep them informed of status, to solicit and resolve inquiries and complaints, to obtain approval of materials such as original artwork, color files, color samples, and proofs * Agency Tracking & Summary Documentation keep current * New application development - revenue growth * High level of customer trust & satisfaction. * Assume project management and process consultant roles for complex print projects, as assigned 40% All Job Intake - through completion
* SLA's clearly documented, input into billing database, and reviewed with Operations/Vendors. * Utilization of PB Transport, Planet Press, and any Print Procurement software or Web based portal solution that might be developed. * Confers with customers and Operations and/or Vendors throughout production to keep them informed of status, to solicit and resolve inquiries and complaints, to obtain approval of materials such as original artwork, color f Interfaces with Site Production Manager as to project feasibility concerning job requirements and time frame. * Determine supplies and materials required for each project * Basic understanding and working ability to create item masters, shop order, job jacket / ticket * Confers with departmental heads or production personnel to develop or confirm information regarding various cost elements. * In conjunction with the management team will be responsible for completing the billing process * Routes supplies and materials to work areas to put projects into production * timely processing of job in accordance with customers' requirements and PBMS standards. Maintains log of jobs in production. * Monitors progress of the order throughout production, confers with establishment personnel, requests supplies, services with outside vendors as required, and alters production schedule and job order to expedite iles, color samples, and proofs, and confirm delivery 20% Vended Print Procurement and all associated PBJob followup and paperwork
* Utilization of P3 Print Procurement software tool and/ or Web based portal solution that might be developed for quoting, awarding, and tracking of vended print jobs. * Vendor Management to SLA's * Keeping Customers informed of job status through completion/delivery. * Certificiate of Print completion * Validate vendor invoices and enter into billing database. Minimum of 5 years printing industry experience in Customer Service and/or operations Ability to project manage programs Must possess experience in working with senior level stakeholders / building customer relationships. Analytical / Consultative skills required. Strong project management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Industrious, proactive work ethic; strong problem solving and decision-making mindset. Computer applications skills / aptitude (Microsoft Office Suite; Planet Press; Adobe; Access; etc.) Postal regulations / Mail stream knowledge Print procurement and commercial print production knowledge preferred
