This position works with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain enrollment materials related to employer-sponsored defined contribution plans for all market types: (403(b), 401(k), 457(b), 401(a), etc) in a document automation environment. Duties may also include managing document automation system(s) technology. Job Requirements * Supports the ongoing development and implementation of Defined Contribution Proposal and Enrollment (DCPES) system requirements * Develops new employer-specific enrollment materials for all Defined Contribution products and markets * Updates existing enrollment materials to accurately reflect plan design changes * Ensures that content is appropriate to plan legal documents, consistent with brand standards and Marketing guidelines, and in accordance with regulatory guidelines * Works with stakeholders to obtain approval of materials within critical deadlines * Maintains excellent documentation of all product-level, plan-level, and regulatory changes to enrollment kits * Orders approved enrollment materials * Manages to inventory of team-owned and supplemental materials * Negotiates with internal/external stakeholders to satisfactorily address all customer requests * Demonstrates accountability for timeliness, accuracy, and cost Additional Details EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE * Bachelors Degree plus five years industry experience; or eight years experience in a similar role in the insurance industry.
TECHNICAL SKILLS * Technologically adept with universal systems, software, and equipment, especially desktop publishing software/systems * Skilled with database construction, manipulation, and management * Proficient extrapolating and segmenting data for management reports and analysis * Well-versed in managing data feeds and data extracts, including but not limited to XML and pipe delimited files * Able to work effectively within proprietary systems
LANGUAGE SKILLS * Read and interpret documents such as plan implementation specifications, plan amendments, letters of intent, fund activity notices, and asset allocation proposals * Ask clarifying questions, as needed, to gain understanding of difficult or unclear materials * Clearly communicate progress against deliverables to key stakeholders
