Plan and coordinate logistics for selected events and meetings Communicate with Partnership Marketing Manager on ticket requests and deadlines Create ticket packets for various events Assemble and distribute ticket packets for events across the U.S. and Canada Assemble hospitality gift bags and pack and/or ship them to event location Minimal data entry of hospitality guest information Compose and distribute post-event follow up communication to event attendees Manage photo hosting site by keeping information current and organized Analyze and report on program results from various elements including: event collected data, promotion activity, and program effectiveness Help execute sound, relevant experiential/marketing efforts in coordination with account team Take proactive approach to anticipate internal and external concerns and maintain level of flexibility to quickly respond to changing client demands Prioritize account activity to achieve optimum efficiency Help coordinate travel for internal staff Help with sending and receiving shipments Prepare team for events prior to departure by compiling all necessary hospitality and event items Limited travel to client events
Required Skills and Experience:
Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Experience or class equivalent in account management or sports and event marketing Proven client relationship management experience and skills The ability to analyze and strategize on both a large scale and the smallest detail Must be detail oriented Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt communication style to a wide variety of client types and position levels Excellent written, oral and public presentation skills Affinity for both individualized work and team dynamics Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
