Manager, Sports Medicine Department: CHN - Sports Medicine Outreach Administration Schedule: Full Time (Benefited) Shift: Days/Evenings Hours: 40 per week Job Details: * Bachelor's Degree * DUTIES:
* Provides clinical supervision and administrative management of AthleticTrainers and other clinicians in the Sports Medicine program. Assist the Rehab Director in implementation, management, coordination and oversight of Sports Medicine Program.
* Responsible for development and implementation of programs, monitoring departmental metrics and trends, supervision of quantitative and qualitative standards of care, interpreting policies and procedures, and financial coordination and spending for assigned area.
* Serves as primary contact and network representative for key sports medicine clients/contracts.
* Facilitates, monitors, and provides comprehensive rehabilitation (including but not limited to: Injured athlete return to sport, injury management, appropriate rehabilitation progression) to injured athletes of client customers of Sports Medicine program.
EXPERIENCE:
* Three years proven experience as an Athletic Trainer.
* Prior leadership/managment experience in sports medicine setting preferred
EDUCATION:
* Bachelor's Degree in health related field
* Master's Degree preferred (health related field or business)
LICENSE:
* Licensed in Indiana as an Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist, and/or Physical Therapist Assistant
* Athletic Trainers must be certified by the National Athletic Trainer Association - Board of Certification

* Knowledge of systems theory and change theory and ability to apply concepts as they relate to implementation of role responsibilities
