Manufacturing Controller
Dynamic and talented accounting professional needed for small private label manufacturing facility located in suburban Indianapolis.
The company has tripled its revenues in the last two years and has 100+ employees. The company is looking for an energetic controller who can leverage their experience to take management accounting to the next level. This person will function as an integral partner in the development of cost accounting processes and will also oversee the monthly financial reporting and analysis. This is an opportunity to make your mark on a growing company by converting current practices to best practices, setting standards, and building enduring and scalable processes. Leadership and an ability to figure things out and move projects forward is essential.
Requirements:
Thorough understanding of cost accounting and inventory control processes
Must have 2 to 4 years experience in manufacturing accounting
Bachelors degree with major in Accounting or Finance
Must be able to communicate well verbally and in writing
Ability to implement change with creative leadership
