If so, FlashPoint invites you to apply for the President/Chief Executive Officer position at Noble of Indiana.

Noble of Indiana is a community human service organization committed to delivering services and advocacy for individuals and their families. Noble has four locations for delivering these services in Marion and Hamilton Counties and offers many activities in community le also has selected services available to individuals living in East Central leis an affiliate of The Arc, which champions the needs and rights of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities on a local, state, and national level.

Currently Noble is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and passionate President/Chief Executive Officer who shares the organization’s values and can lead it in its mission to create opportunities for people with disabilities to live meaningful lives.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively interprets industry indicators to ensure that Noble’s business model, strategic plan, and operations are appropriately positioned, responsive, and robust.
* Performs a lead role in fundraising initiatives and activities and serves as a key adviser to board members in order to ensure effectiveness in their fundraising roles.
* Cultivates and maintains enduring and productive relations with current and potential state, local, and (as appropriate) federal government funding sources, with Noble partners, and with critical stakeholders.
* Delivers on strategic critical success factors through directing the implementation of strategic imperatives; ensuring the success of Noble’s day-day operations; maintaining a viable, creative, and productive senior management group; and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of Noble’s programs and services.
* Directs and is responsible for the achievement of annual financial goals.
* Leads and inspires the management team and workforce to deliver their services with excellence, passion, and enthusiasm for consumers.
* Participates in state and national professional associations and forums concerned with developmental and other disabilities and gains ideas and experiences that will contribute to the field and benefit Noble.
* Participates in the life of the community by participating in civic and cultural activities, joining appropriate local clubs and business associations, and attending major community events.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

* At least five years of proven leadership experience in a human service delivery organization serving people with disabilities.
* Demonstrated success in fundraising and external/government relations.
* Prior record of managing a multi-function organization’s P&L and achieving financial goals.
* Knowledge and experience with nonprofit board governance and full utilization of a board of directors.
* Direct supervisory experience of senior-level managers.
* Experience in strategic plan development and delivery.
* Knowledge of government funding streams such as Medicaid waivers and their operation.
* Experience leading in a values-driven organization.
* Advanced degree (such as MHA, MPH, MBA, MSW) in the leadership and administration of human services is preferred.
